He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Gorsky and Nancy Hayhurst (Smith) of Colden, NY.; his wife Elizabeth "Betsy" Weeks of West Falls, NY; his daughter Faith Gorsky; his close friends, Daniel Dellorso of St. Petersburgh, FL, Erika Cruz (Tom Lucerini) of Vernon, CT and Don Gorsky of West Seneca, NY; his granddaughter Autumn Rose Cruz of Holland, NY; his close friend Ben Pincoski; his son-in-law Mike Safarini of Alexandria, VA; and his brother James Gorsky of Colden, NY. He was also cherished by several step siblings and numerous extended family and friends.
In keeping with his generosity to families in the Buffalo area, it is requested that donations in honor of his memory be made to benefit a scholarship fund for vocational education programs to the less fortunate, via the Buffalo City Mission, http://www.buffalocitymission.org , so that his legacy of helping people in practical ways can be perpetuated.
