He is survived by: his children, Carl Mendheim, Troy Mendheim, Ronald Mendheim and Bonnie Mendheim; and his siblings, Kenneth Mendheim, Bobby Mendheim, J. E. Mendheim, Anita Nieves, Betty Michelson and Caroline Prevatt. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
