She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil DeWitt Lane and Johnnie Mae King; her husband Lee Adderson Rivers, Jr.; and her daughter Elisabeth Brett "Beth" Schneider. She is survived by: her daughter Kerry Rivers Laird; her son-in-law Glenn Laird of Tallahassee; her son Lee Rivers; her son-in-law Scott M. Schneider; her grandchildren, Emma Lane Schneider of Pace and Brett Michael Schneider of Pace; her sisters, Cecile Chambers of Jensen Beach, Hancy Deacon and Jonnie Ganus; and her friends, Audrey Wheeler of Concord, OH. and Jackie Wheeler of Concord, OH.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
