He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert Neel and Estella Neel; his daughters, Sherry Plante and Cindy Sherman; his wife Joyce; his daughters, Teresa Neel and Susan Cotten; his grandchildren, Courtney, Justin, Nicole, Casey, Emma Kate and Gracie; and his great grandchild Logan.
