John Reece Snyder Obituary
John R Snyder, Sr of Lecanto, Florida, passed away on May 3, 2020 at the age of 76. He grew up and resided in Cedar Crest, NJ as well as Pennsville, NJ for 62 years. He retired from SPI Polyols, Inc. in 2005 at which time he and his family moved to Surfside, SC, where he resided for 8 years before moving to Lecanto, Florida. He also served as an Auxiliary Police Officer for over 15 years for Pennsville Township in New Jersey. He enjoyed camping, golfing, fishing, boating and vacationing with family. John loved the water.
He was preceded in death by his father, William "Bill" Snyder, his mother, Alice Snyder, a sister, Judith Gieseke, a son Reece Snyder and a great grand-daughter, Rashel Parten. He is survived by his sister, Arlene Denelsbeck of Carney's Point, NJ, his loving wife of 50 years, Judy (Coulbourn) Snyder of Lecanto, FL, a daughter, Tina (Snyder) Watson and her husband Scott Watson of Tolleson, AZ, a son John "JR" Snyder of Lecanto, FL, 4 grandchildren (Erin Parten, Joshua Greco, Devon Watson and Haley Snyder), 6 great-grandchildren and multiple nieces, nephews and cousins.
