He is survived by: his wife Agnes Elaine Pepe of Lecanto, FL; his children, Shirley Diane Bailey (Oakland, MD), Anna Jean Kostyla (Stanley) of Fairfax Station, VA and Leonard Francis Pepe (Amy) of Chesapeake, VA.; his grandchildren, Bobby Sapp, Matthew Burnett, Michelle Burnett Judy, Christopher Burnett, William Pepe, Julia Pepe and Abigail Pepe; his stepgrandchildren, Cindy Bryden (Todd) and Jason Bailey (Cary); and his great grandchildren, Kaylin Burnett, Cason Burnett, Mia Judy, Makayla Judy, Arabella Rose Sapp, Jarod Bryden, Nicholas Bryden and James Bailey.
