He is survived by: his wife Ella Louise Kemp (Prevatt) of Lawtey; his sons, Paul Kemp of Lawtey, Doyle Kemp (Celeste) of Tallahassee and Glenn Kemp of Raiford; his brother Floyd "Brown" Kemp of Lawtey; his grandchildren, Brenda Pressley, Paul Kemp Jr., Chuck Rowe, Tony Kemp, Terri Gilliam, Eric Kemp, Rebecca Kemp, Elizabeth "Beba" Purcell and Erika Kemp; and his great grandchildren, Tim Wilkerson, Cody Rowe, Etosia Milmont, Alyssa Kemp, Harleigh Gilliam, Brylee Gilliam, Nash Kemp, Ella Kemp, Taryn Norman, Nadia Norman, Perry Norman and Bailey Varnes.
