He is survived by: his wife Janet M. Starling (Johnson); his children, Harold Wayne Starling (Kay), Carol Darlene Dowling (Ron), Nathan Eric Starling and Ella Anderson (Tim); his sister Bonnie Higginbotham; and his grandchildren, Gareth Starling, Jeremiah Dowling, Kelli McMahan, Paul McMahan, Michael McMahan and Jenni Cole (Kenneth). He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
