She was predeceased by: her husband Paul F. Smith; her sons, Charles D. Smith and George F. Smith; and her siblings, Walter Workman, Herbert H. "Doc" Workman, Virginia H. Workman Livingston, Edith Workman Flowers, Daisy Workman Bekett, Ivy Workman Lesley, Georgia Workman Booth and Gay Workman Nuskievich.
She is survived by: her children, Walter "Ed" Smith (Bernice), Elizabeth A. "Libby" Bard and Carolyn S. Shadd (Leslie) of Brooker, FL. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, and 26 great- great grandchildren.
