He is survived by: his wife Julia Pendarvis of Lawtey, FL; his children, Marie Dyal (Guy) of Lawtey, FL, Clarence Pendarvis (Dana) of Lawtey, FL and Dale Pendarvis (Estella) of Lawtey, FL; his siblings, Frank Pendarvis of Lawtey, FL and Delores Vanzant (Rolland) of Callahan, FL; his grandchildren, Matt Dyal (Jamie), Robin Campbell (Ryan), Jordan Dyal (Lindsay Clontz), Tiffany Johns (Levi), Holly Pendarvis, Eric, Andrew and Patrick Pendarvis; and his great grandchildren, Tymbryl, Titus Dyal, Dakota, Paisley Campbell and Faith Johns.
