He was predeceased by: his parents, James Osteen and Beatrice Manning Osteen; and his brother Jimmie Osteen. He is survived by: his wife Terri Osteen; and his siblings-in-law, Cherri Dyer, Tillie Wright, Judy Osteen and Tommy Dyer. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Evergreen Baptist Church (8025 Northwest County Road 125, Lawtey, FL 32058). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM and at 3:00 PM.
