He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland A. Whitehead and Bernice Jean Whitehead (Raulerson); and his son Chicago Mullin. He is survived by: his wife Audrey M. Whitehead of Lawtey; his children, Mikell Whitehead (Sarah) of Middleburg, David "DJ" Whitehead (Yohanna) of Oceanside, CA, Alexander Whitehead (Emily) of Middleburg and Kristyn Davis of Glen St; his siblings, Robert Whitehead (Reginia) of Middleburg and Angela Crump of Palatka; and his grandchildren, Karrigan, Parker, Gabriel, Sebastian and Elizabeth. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
