He is survived by: his wife Leila Jeanette Phillips; his stepchildren, Kevin Bailey of Lawtey, Terry Bailey of St. Augustine, Jeff Reynolds (Jackie) of Jacksonville and Diana Stapleton (John) of Starke; and his nieces and nephews, Neal Redd of Macon, GA, Cheryl Phillips of Gainesville, William Gaskins of Lawtey and Dee Crawford of Lawtey. He is also survived by 10 step-grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
