It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bruce Alan Carter (Lawtey, Florida), born in Orange Park, Florida, who passed away on December 13, 2022, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George C. Carter and Catherine Blackmon. He is survived by: his siblings, Clifton Hatcher (Nettie) of Sampson City, George D. Carter (Lisa) of Clay Hill, Steve A. Carter of Clay Hill, Jerry Carter (Liz) of Clay Hill and Joyce C. Hatcher (Charles) of Clay Hill; and his pet Spot. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
