He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Lynwood Dunston and Iris Parker Dunston; and his brother Philip R. Dunston. He is survived by: his children, Dawn D Killian (George) of Laurel Hill, FL and Kenneth Dunston of Gulf Shores, AL.; his granddaughters, Ashlie Golden (Joshua) of Stafford, VA and Holly Elliott (Michael) of Ashville, AL.; and his great grandchildren, Marlee, Madilynn and Magnolia Golden.
