She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene Simmons; and her parents, Frank Peacock and Onnie V Hudson Peacock. She is survived by: her children, Renee Burlison, Jeff Burlison, Dustin Burlison (Camile) and Randal Simmons; her granddaughter Megan Phillips (Brad); her son Bret Simmons (Melissa); her grandchildren, Enzor Simmons and Ryan Simmons (Fresca); her great grandchildren, Austin Tanner Burlison, Samuel Brantley Burlison, Jewell Burlison, Austyn Phillips, Eric Simmons Owen Simmons, Lillie Simmons, Mylia Simmons and Shawn Simmons; and her great great grandchild Carsynn Burlison.
