He is survived by: his wife Ramdaye "Betty" Samai; his children, Sherwin, Michelle (Julius) and Shelly-Ann (Hayden); his grandchildren, Eric, Mark, Anjeli, Kaley, Mariah, Hayden Jr., Ariana and Tristan; his nieces and nephews, Marlon John, Dr. Peter Samai Jr., Kenneth Samai Jr., Marsha Reyes, Dr. Katherine Samai, Anna-Marie Samai, Lisa-Marie Samai and Onika Arthur-Lloyd; his great-niece Sasha Reyes; his great-nephew Michael Reyes Jr.; and his sisters-in-law, Dr. Paulette Samai and Diana Samai. He is also survived by many cousins and extended family.
