He is survived by: his wife Mary Rebecca Williams; his sons, Steven J. Williams, Benjamin Williams, III and Robin Bryant; his grandchildren, Kevin Williams, Benjamin Williams, Emadi Williams, Elan Williams, Alasia Williams and Steven Williams, Jr.; and his great grandchildren, ZeKarri Williams and Zariah Williams. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
