He is survived by: his daughters, Karen and Stephanie; his wife Phillipene; his sister Vida Lewis; his grandchildren, Michelle, Johnathan and Alina; his great grandchild Tristan; his nieces and nephews, Yvonne, Christine, Delores, Trevor and Donavon; and his family Church. He is also survived by co-workers, and close friends.
