He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Levy and Maria Levy. He is survived by: his children, Denise, Orlando, Grace and Rondell; his friend Williams; his wife Sandra Levy; his children, Kevin, Tamar and Ryan; and his siblings, Enid, Pearly, Thelma and Janet. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
