Though Leah Michelle may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Valerie Adams; and her siblings, Nicholas Simms, Daval Simms and Tyler Farquharson.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly, requests that donations be made to Joe DiMaggio's Children's Hospital in Leah's memory.
