She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Alfredo Miguel Bernal; her children, Elena Marlene Bernal, Melissa Catherina Bernal-Vega and Ernesto Vega; her grandsons, Michael Anthony and Matthew Christopher; her son Alfredito Bernal; and her pets, Duque, Reinita, Chatica, Chappi, Munchin, Sebastian and Sombra.
