“I am so sorry to hear of Doug's passing. I knew him from Texaco, but also surprisingly from a common link in Larder Lake Ontario. He used to deliver newspapers to my Great Uncle Jack Grainger at the Grainger Lakeshore Hotel and used to watch cartoons on one of the 1st TVs in town in the hotel. Doug always kept me informed about Lauderdale by the sea, as that was one of my favourite spots in Florida. My condolences to the family from John Grainger.”
