He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Diggins and Mary Diggins. He is survived by: his wife Leslie Conway Diggins; his son David Andrew Diggins; and his brothers, Martin Diggins (Phyllis) and Warren Diggins (Shelly). He is also survived by his parents, Dave is survived by his best friend.
