He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father John B. Rainey; his brother Francis Gadson; his wife Teresa Rainey; his mother Sarah Rainey of South Carolina; his children, Zachary "Tank" Rainey, Jr., Darion Breedlove (Felicia), Andria Aiken (Sean) of South Carolina, Latoria Hampton (Ulysees), Kamoya Breedlove (John), Jasmaine and Ja'Nyla Smith; his siblings, Gregory Rainey of South Carolina and Yvonne Rainey (Thomas) of South Carolina; his uncles, Martin Rainey (Joanne) and Charles Robinson (Daisy) of Georgia; and his father-in-law Willie Swinton. He was also cherished by 14 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
