He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Maxfield and Mila Maxfield. He is survived by: his sons, Mark (Debbie) and Neil (Alison); his grandchildren, Cole, Kylie (Michael), Grant and Britney; his sisters, Marti (Ed) and Pam (Richard); and his close friend Michele.
