He was predeceased by: his father William Fitzpatrick; his stepfathers, William Pace and James Cleary; his brother Anthony Rick Pace; his cousin Joseph Salino; his nephews, Bill and Scott Pace; and his grandfather Bill.
He is survived by: his sons, Ryan and William (Karen); his grandsons, Kaden, Aiden and William Joseph Fitzpatrick V; his children, Todd (Madison) and Lord "Vic"; his mother Janet Cleary (Morusty Fitzpatrick); his wife Deborah (Walz); and his siblings, Debra Derr (James), Ann Fowler (James), Janet Caveney (Kevin), Kelly Beardsley (Todd), Kimberly Stine (Jeff), Mark Pace (Janice), Brian Pace (Jody) and David Cleary. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
