He was predeceased by: his grandson Anthony Kiernan. He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Kathleen Von, Walter Kiernan (Serafina) and John Kiernan (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Christine Newton (Bryan), Laurie Kiela (Andrew), Daniel Von, Jennifer Cazzola (Anthony), Walter Kiernan (Emily), Brittany Kiernan and Nicholas Kiernan (Giana). He is also survived by 11 Great Grandchildren.
