He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter J. Halloran, Sr. and Florence Halloran; and his wife Angela Halloran. He is survived by: his children, Walter P. Halloran (Kimberly), Michelle Holschwander (Michael) and James Halloran (Latoya); his grandchildren, Katelynn Craig, Walter J. Halloran, Jessica Halloran, Ryan Holschwander, Alonzo Perry and Cameron Halloran; and his siblings, Betty Ann Flynn (Brian), Cathy Stiehl, Steven Halloran (Ellen) and Edward Halloran (Eileen).
