He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara. He is survived by: his daughter Kristin Parkinson (Jason); his stepgrandchildren, Tyler and Chase Parkinson; his grandchildren, Kihei, Harlan, Archibald and Theodore; and his siblings, Thaddeus and Frances. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
