Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Teofila leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ines Santiago; and her children, Felix Luis Ortiz and Betzaida Alvalle. She is survived by: her children, Edwin Ortiz, Gladys Ortiz Alvalle of Andy, Santiago, Oscar Santiago and Nancy Santiago. She is also survived by grandchildren, including great grand, great-great grandchildren.
