He was predeceased by: his father Ross Crowther. He is survived by: his mother Penny Shifflett; his wife Terri Bresette Crowther; his children, Jason (Andele), Justin (Anya), Timothy Crowther (Tasha) and Stefanie Ertel (Nick); his grandchildren, Emily, Annelise, Malachi, Isabel, Ariella, Alexander, Javan, Lydia, Eli, Elora, Iris Crowther, Alice, Steven and Charlotte Ertel; and his siblings, Cheryl Tidwell, David Crowther, Debra Stevens, Dennis Walker, Diane Alleman, Gary Shifflett, Janet Moore, Randy Shifflett, Susie Aguero and Wendy Cawthorne.
