He is survived by: his father Richard Albert of Chenoa; his siblings, Dr. Nancy Contrucci (Kent) of Caldwell, ID, Debbie Johnson (Bruce) of Lexington, Don Jacobs (Barb) of Chenoa, Laurie Sleeter (Lance) of Lexington and Maureen Sutherland (Ted) of Edinburgh, Scotland; his nieces and nephews, Rachel Kridner (Matt) of Chenoa, Ryan Johnson (Krystn) of Lexington, Sarah Smith (Blake) of Austin, TX, Jonathan Contrucci of Boise, ID, Bo Sleeter (Maria) of Lexington, Allison Schmitt (Ben) of Rockford, Emily Jacobs of Austin, TX, David Sleeter (Sarah) of Bloomington and Andrew Jacobs of Bloomington; his aunt Norma Eash of Normal; his cousin Dr. Steve Scott (Rozlyn); and also Dr. Matthew Scott of Tampa. He is also survived by seven great-nieces and great-nephews.
