He was predeceased by: his wife Mary E. Sipes; his parents, Eugene F. Sipes and Neoma Baker Keck; and his brother Kenneth Sipes. He is survived by: his son Robert W. Sipes of Largo; his stepson Edward J. Luck of Kenneth City, FL; and his sister Billie Jean Boyer of Ashville, NC. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
