It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Dean Foos (Largo, Florida), who passed away on June 12, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Foos and Edith Foos; and his brothers, George and Eddie. He is survived by: his uncle Ralph; his wife Carol; his children, Tim (Sharon), Rick, Bill, Chris, Marci Nelmida (Jason) and Wendy Nagurne (Michael); and his nephew Terry Foos. He is also survived by four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and many friends.
