He was predeceased by: his mother Kathleen Hendricks. He is survived by: his father Fred Hendricks; his wife Kati; his children, Kadi Tubbs (Ben), Kori Ralston (Mark), R. J. Hendricks (Samantha) and Kristi Bulluck (Dave); his grandchildren, Mak, Star, Frankee, Randi, Graci, Lesslee, Freddee, Trip, Tiffanee and David; and his siblings, Rick Hendricks (Mary), Roger Hendricks (Theresa), Susie Whitney (Paul) and Sheila Buchert (Terry). He is also survived by his family, friends.
