We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2018, at the age of 67, Philip Bernard Michael Moody (Largo, Florida), born in Yeovil, South West passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Maureen Moody. He is survived by: his parent Bernard Moody; his grandchild Esther Jirka (Kevin); his children, Jayden Philip, Elise Maureen, Rebecca Moody-Bruce (Brandon), Daniel Bernard, Ethan Isaac, Tessa Jayne, Hannah Nelson (Stephen), Nathan William, Kyle James and Luke Axel; his mother Dorothy Moody; his siblings, John, Marilyn, Janet, Sallyanne and Michael; and also Bernard Moody. He is also survived by his three daughters and their husbands.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the CHARGE Syndrome Foundation (http://www.chargesyndrome.org) in honor of Daniel B who always held the lion's share of his Grandad's heart.
