She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Almo and Phyllis Ciprian Sebastianelli; and her cousins, James Naticchi and Pat Ciprian. She is survived by: her husband Edward Puchalski; her brother-in-law David Puchalski; and her cousins, Jerry Naticchi, Judy Biglin, Rochelle Frances, Joi Schlappe, Charles, Anthony Ciprian and Louann Jones.
