She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Plato Brinkley and Deborah Hobbs (Spinks); her son Robert "Chip" Hobbs; her granddaughter Sarah Clifford; and her brother Rudolph Brinkley.
She is survived by: her husband Bobby Wagner Hobbs; and her children, Christy Walton (Greg), Rev. David Hobbs (Ruth) of Dayton and Rev. Andrew Hobbs (Shelli) of Avalon, CA.. She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
