She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Ibrahim Ayoub. She is survived by: her daughters, Lena Ayoub of Palm Harbor and Jacqulene Ayoub of Tierra Verde; her siblings, Dr. Fred Hayek of Canton, OH, Mai Oswald of Fort Myers Florida, Rene Hayek of Canton, OH and Denize Ickes of Canton, OH; and her grandson Jack Farrell.
