She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Cedar Sr.; her children, Richard Cedar Jr. and Richelle Cedar; and her sisters, Margie Lowe, Patricia Koser, Donna Wittmeyer, Hazel Leary and Darlene Sirmans.

She is survived by: her brother-in-law Ralph Wittmeyer Jr.. She is also survived by her brother Mark Weeks Sr., her two sister-in-laws.
