He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dottie" Oakley; his children, Mickey D. Shull and Dawn M. Stine; his siblings, Bill Frazier, Jeff Oakley, April Shaw and Holly; and his grandchildren, Britney Lee Fletcher, Christopher Stine, Tavien Stine and Courtney Kane.
