She was predeceased by: her parents, Hiram Curtis True and Eloise Julia Puckett; her husband Raymond Noah; her granddaughter Kathryn Eloise Ward; and her sisters-in-law, Janet True, Shirley True and Sandra True.
She is survived by: her children, David Noah (Kerin), Danny Noah (Gina), Deborah Noah and Douglas Noah (Seeta); her grandchildren, Jennifer Radigan (Ryan), Julia Ward, Christopher Noah, Raymond Noah, Kendall Ward, Kameela Noah, Julian Noah, Jessica Gaudreau and Jason George; and her brothers, Jerome True, Rock Port, Everett True and Garth True. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
