With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Josephine Janell Parker of Largo, Florida, born in Harrisburg, Illinois, who passed away on January 1, 2022 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Verna Lindsay and George Lindsay; her husband Harold Parker; her son Chris J. Parker; her daughter-in-law Patricia Parker of Dunedin; her daughter Penny J. Parker; her son-in-law Ronald M. Leon, Sr. of Charlotte, NC.; her grandson Jeremy Johnson; and her great grandchildren, Hayley Johnson, Parker Johnson and Parker Maune. She was also cherished by her friends, is survived by her two children.

Those who visit are respectfully requested to wear a mask and social distance as they pay their respects.

Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church of Harrisburg, Illinois and envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
