He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Dougherty and Agnes Dougherty; his daughters, Anne, Patricia, Jacqueline, Carolynn, Eileen and Church; his wife Jackie; and his brothers, Robert and William. He was also cherished by 5 daughters, 5 granddaughters, 5 grandsons.
