He was predeceased by: his parents, Retis Moss and Lorraine Moss; and his siblings, Sharon R. Moss, Vernon 'Mike Pauling and Anthony 'Ricky Pauling.

He is survived by: his siblings, Retis P. Moss, Daisey L. Williams and Stephen N. Moss; his aunt Floretha Drayton; his uncles, Jacob Moss, Timothy Moss, Jr. and Joe Moss; and his close friends, Roy, Dumpy, Jamie Lee Tennant and Douglas Closterman. He is also survived by cousins, second cousins, and third cousins.
