He is survived by: his wife Veronica Cook of Largo, FL; his daughter Samantha Melton (Jason) of Lancaster; his grandchildren, Bayleigh Melton and William Melton of Lancaster; his siblings, Diane Ferretis, Ronnie Cook of Monroe, NC. and Larry Cook of Monroe, NC.; and his children, Donor Relations and Rocky Point Drive of Tampa, FL.
