He is survived by: his children, Soraya Lopez-Freytis, Gil Lopez, Greysun Morales and Sebastian Lopez; his grandson Lorenzo Freytis; his sisters, Glenda Santiago Rivera, Walesca Rivera, Nirka Lopez (Antonio Diaz) and Adminda Lopez; and his cousin Crew. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles.
