He was predeceased by: his brother Joe Caldeira; his parents, Claudia Caldeira and George Caldeira, Sr.; his wife Elizabeth Caldeira; and his son Richie Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Cary Caldeira, Dennis Gray, Jr. and Lisa Bauman (Lex); his niece Cherie Caldeira Morton; and his nephew Joey Caldeira, Jr.. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
