She was predeceased by: her husband Saul Minkoff. She is survived by: her brother James Vance; her daughter Donna Nesslar; her son-in-law Gary Nesslar of Largo, FL; her son Ron Minkoff; her daughter-in-law Kris Minkoff of Gainesville, FL.; and her granddaughters, Jennifer Bauer and Kristin Van Fossen. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Volusia Memorial Park (550 N Nova Rd, Ormond Beach, FL 32174).
